BareBoat Manager

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the BareBoat Manager prototype web application.
Prototype Status
BareBoat Manager is currently provided as a prototype or demonstration application. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
Permitted Use
- You may use the application to evaluate rental workflows, inspections, and backup features.
- You may connect supported third-party storage providers only with accounts you are authorized to use.
- You may not use the application for unlawful activity or to interfere with service operation.
Third-Party Services
The application may connect to third-party services such as Google Drive when you explicitly choose to do so. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
Backups and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the application and for safeguarding any backup passphrases you choose. Loss of a backup passphrase may make encrypted backups unreadable.
No Warranty
The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the application or connected third-party services.
Termination
Access to the application or connected features may be limited, suspended, or terminated at any time.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
